Signed Antique Northwood Early American Pattern Glass Creamer Paneled Holly

Early American Pattern Glass by Northwood Glass Co. circa 1908. This Northwood Emerald Green Glass creamer is in the Paneled Holly Pattern with gold gild. Many people collect these pieces not only for the beauty of the glass but because this glass was made during the Victorian period and was used not by the wealthy, but everyday housewives. These ladies endured war, disease, and moving out west, all during which time they had none of our modern conveniences like running water or electricity. To look at this glass, and hold this glass, gives you a true appreciation for what our nation was, and what it has become. These pieces are true historical gems of remarkable beauty.
